Don't be Sad (Part 1)- Stop committing sins

 السلامُ علیکم
(May peace and Protection be upon you)
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

(In the name of ALLAH (S.W.T.), the most
 beneficent and the most merciful.)

I was thinking to write something motivational in Islamic terms. Islam is the only religion that motivates humanity and asks them to have a firm trust in ALLAH (S.W.T.)
This could be well understood from the fact that ALLAH (S.W.T.) has forbidden us (Muslims) to feel disappointed from his Rewards
Even sometimes the pain that we receive may benefit us rather than harming us.
I have gone through almost every book on different religions. The GOD of Islam, Judaism, and Christianity ask the followers to have firm trust in him. The problems that we receive in life are only the test of ALLAH(S.W.T.), and these shape us to perfection. Sometimes the pain and that we receive without knowing or with no reason maybe have its ex because of our sins. Remember my dear Muslim brothers and sister, and to my Christians and Jewish brothers and sisters, and to all the people of different religions of the world, there is no sin which goes unpunished. So, before committing any sin, think of ALLAH'S wrath and punishment. More than half of our problems will vanish if we do not sin. I was reading Bible, and I found a very interesting verse in Matthew 5:28.

"But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart."
- Bible NIV (Matthew 5:28)

Just read the above verse carefully. It is also an act of adultery to look at the women lustfully via poisonous eyes. Just imagine! How many of us have already committed this crime of adultery?

Should we wait for GOD to reward us for this crime that we are committing daily since our teenage days?

No! We must prostrate before ALLAH(S.W.T) and ask for mercy and bow our head down in repentance. We must promise him to never commit any sin willfully.

Similarly in Qur'an, it is written in many places to not go near to adultery.

"And do not come near to adultery; surely it has been an obscenity and odious as a way."
- Al Qur'an (Ch17, v32)

"It was narrated by Imam Ali (A.S.) that Zina (Adultery) is a heinous sin and its dept is paid by all the family members of the person who has committed this heinous crime."

There are other sins too which include lies, breaking promises, hurting the sentiments of someone, hate speech, murder, missing obligatory prayers, Misbehaving with parents, Sorcery, black magic, and witchcraft e.t.c which are keeping us away from receiving the mercy of our creator ALLAH (S.W.T.).
I guess there is no sin in the above list which we have not done in our lives
We have lied; cheat; hurt people, and have broken many promises.

The moral of this post is that we should stop committing sins (as all our problems in life are because of the sins that we have committed).
Life will be back to normal after we repent to ALLAH(S.W.T.) IN SHA ALLAH.

In the next post, we will discuss the ways to deal with depression.

SHADDAD KI JANNAT

Shaddad ek bahut ameer Badshah tha jisne ALLAH ki jannat banaane ki koshish ki lekin ALLAH bhi Al Ahad hai aur uske jaisa koi nahi. Shaddad aur uski Jannat ke baare main thodhi si maaloomaat Quran ke andar milti hai. Israel bole mujhe do baar bahut taqleef mehsoos hui Rooh Qabz karne main lekin meri majboori thi Rooh ko kabz karna. Shaddad ki maa chal basi thi jab Shadad paida hua tha. Shaddad ka koi saathi ya paalne waala nahi tha uss waqt ALLAH(S. W. T.)  Ke siwa aur usko do miya biwi apne saath ghar le gaye aur usko apni aulaad ka darja diya. Shaddad bachpan se he ek hoshiyar aur ek be had chalaak baccha tha  aur uske maa baapo ko uss par fakhr tha. Ek baar jab Baadshah ki sawaari raaste se jaa rahi thi toh

ISLAM AND PSYCHOLOGY

An article on Islam and Psychology Islam and Psychology Upon studying Psychology for my Bachelor’s degree, I have always been curious about the links that I could make between Islam and  Psychology . To my delight, the findings were gratifying. I have always argued that rather than pitting the two apart and having this idea that the two cannot interlink, researchers, scholars and students should further examine how the two can benefit each other and benefit society overall. Psychology, as we understand  i t, is a comprehensive scientific study of the human mind and behaviour. It’s rooted in examining and understanding the human psyche, experiences & personality. In clinical psychology, it’s a tool in aiding one’s positive well being and maintaining that to be the best version of themselves.  Being your best self & seeking knowledge are some of the ethe of Islam and Islamic culture as Abu Hurairah, a companion of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH), narrated “If anyone pursues a path
